What is a Meal Plan?
A Meal Plan unlocks delicious meals, coffee, snacks, and more, at 5 locations across campus. Your Meal Plan includes Meal Swipes and Flex Dollars, conveniently loaded onto your Gardner-Webb ID card. No need to carry additional cards or cash!
Meal Swipes
Meal Swipes give you access to our all-you-care-to-eat dining hall, The Caf.
For the Bulldog 14 plan (14 meals/week), the week will be defined as beginning Sunday dinner and running through Sunday lunch. Meals cannot be carried over from week to week, nor can they be transferred to other persons.
Flex Dollars
Flex Dollars may be used at any Gardner-Webb University Dining location. Flex dollar balances will be forfeited at the end of the Spring semester. Visit our locations page for location information, including dining hall menus and hours of operation.
Bulldog Dining Bucks
Bulldog Bucks are similar to flex dollars, but they NEVER expire. If you use all of your Flex Dollars, you may reload money onto your card - this money is known as Bulldog Dining Bucks.
Meal Exchange
Each Meal Plan comes with one Meal Swipe per meal period at select retail locations. Meal exchange swipes include one entrée + a fountain beverage. See more Meal Exchange information here.
There are 3 Meal Period's per day:
Breakfast: 7:00am-10:59am
Lunch: 11:00am-4:59pm
Dinner: 5:00pm -8:30pm

Managing Your Plan
All Gardner-Webb students living on campus are required to have one of the following three meal plans: Platinum Bulldog, Gold Bulldog or Bulldog 14. If you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, please visit the Office of Housing and Residence Education in the Tucker Student Center or email the Office of Housing and Residence Education from your Gardner-Webb email address requesting the meal plan be changed.
